Yep, I did. In training for my next marathon, I ran 10 kilometers today, 10/10/10 at 10:10.

What were you doing?

  1. Um, at 10:10 our time I was sitting right here at my computer, reading blogs. I won't be training for any 10k or marathon races, but maybe I'll get up from my chair and go outside now. There, you've been a good influence!

  5. I was at a party, drinking beer and watching the Bears beat Charlotte, N.C.

I was not running. (except, occasionally, to the kitchen to get another beer - trying to get back before someone stole my seat.)

  6. at 10:10 i was cooking or washing or hanging clothes or doing some other menial task to get them done and out of the way so we could spend the afternoon taking a walk with friends to the river and immersing in the cleansing and refreshing energies of that cool fresh water as we stared up at the protective canopy of trees above. and then of course we skipped stones and did river rock tatoos =)!! so nice to enjoy that and then come home to everything cleaned and cooked! we spent the evening coloring mandalas (from the doodle coloring book) which the kids brought out to the table and spent hours on with amazing creations!! all in all, a fabulous 10/10/10!!

  9. Yay for doodle colouring books! We were playing with cousins Charlotte and Venus, and waiting for Sean to arrive. He's here for a month, and he's been awesome lately. I missed him! So did the boys! Then, I got out my aunt's VERY old sewing machine and made Max a Tudor costume for school, with a fur collar and stunning hat. He looks like Henry VIII, once we stuff his front with a pillow.

    A good 10:10:10 all round!
